Field service

Turbine operations and maintenance, and installations

The hands-on technical work that gets a turbine running and keeps it running. Every task is performed with care for technician safety and the long-term health of your asset. Scheduled or unscheduled, single visit or full-year service contract. Most of our work is on distributed-scale machines, and we also take on utility-scale inspections and component work — we've serviced turbines up to 3 MW.

New turbine installations

Complete installs from the ground up — permitting and grid interconnection support, foundations, tower and turbine erection, and commissioning. We hand it over running.

Operations, maintenance & repair

Everything that keeps a turbine producing: annual inspections, oil changes and lubrication, laser alignment, electrical troubleshooting, blade work, yaw and pitch service, brakes, bolt torque, and performance evaluation — through major component swaps and crane work. Diagnosed carefully, repaired properly, documented when done.

Repower & removal

When a turbine is past saving, we swap it for a newer, more efficient system — foundation reuse where possible, full project management. And when it's simply done, we handle complete decommissioning: cranes, trucking, permits, disposal, and salvage value returned to you.

Logistics & engineering

For fleet operators, utility-scale project managers, and clients who need more than just field service. The behind-the-scenes work that makes safe, well-coordinated field work possible.

Component storage

Vertical racking in our 12,000 sq ft warehouse for small parts, indoor storage for small-to-medium components and systems. Outdoor storage for larger components, towers, blades, and anything that doesn't fit inside.

Shipping & freight

Heavy haul coordination, permitting, escort vehicles, international shipping. We've moved oversized loads to four countries — yours is probably manageable.

Packaging & crating

Purpose-built crates for blades, gearboxes, generators, controllers. Built to survive freight and arrive in the same condition they left in.

Warehousing & inventory

Receiving, inventory tracking, kit assembly for site visits. We hold spares for fleet clients so the right part is on hand when something fails.

Lift engineering

Crane plans, rigging plans, weight verification, lift permits. We've coordinated with the same crane and engineering partners for over a decade.
